We are an artificial turf supplier based out of Texas and located in Dallas and opening in Austin.
We sell directly to contractors, landscapers and homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions while suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution.
To solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Qualification/Skills:
Customer Service Product knowledge Market knowledge Quality Focus Problem Solving Documentation Skills Detail Oriented Phone Skills Listening Resolving Conflict Multi-tasking Education/Experience High School Diploma 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience This is a full time position, Mon to Friday 7:

00 pm, some Saturdays 7-12:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
