Remote Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Remote worker capable.
Work at home.
Answer and respond to calls and emails daily while consistently providing quality service, accurate information, solutions, and follow-through in a high-volume call environment Provide support to customers, handle inquiries and provide resolutions.
Document all transactions completely in multiple programs & manage financial transactions over the phone.
Perform data entry associated with the position.
Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
Reassure customers, and quickly process any customer complaints Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers Schedule appointments in compliance with schedules Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic Troubleshooting skills that uses all resources trained to resolve customer issues.
Proven ability in connecting to meeting software Zoom or WebEx Utilize Outlook, Excel (view documents), and web based knowledge tools.
Must have the ability to explain complex issues to customers and provide resolutions Attention to detail and ability to multitask Must have great customer service skills.
Must be able to work in a call center environment Core competencies:
Passion for excellent customer service and desire to do important work in an environment of change Strong communicator, excellent active listening and interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills are critical in this role Excellent time management skills; highly organized and efficient Must possess a positive attitude Education:
Minimum GED or High School Diploma Required College Preferred.
