$18/hour plus quarterly bonuses! Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm We currently have the following groundskeeper positions available:
Bexley at Lakeline in Cedar Park, TX Job duties include:
grounds pick up, cleaning common areas and amenities, some landscaping, power washing, exterior painting, and some minor maintenance repairs.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
Takes pride in their work and ownership of their property Is self-motivated and hardworking Wants to be busy all day, every day! Has a helpful attitude, is friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service Reliable transportation required.
