org A low drama work environment Job Duties Include:
Provide top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs Answer phones, proactively schedule appointments and specialty procedures, set reminders, manages patient and client flow including checking patients in/out, and handles basic client complaints Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/ patient information, update and maintain medical records Processing client payments and invoices Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and your workspace are clean and organized.
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required At least one year of veterinary experience preferred Great communication and organizational skills Strong customer service skills Ability to be an empathetic listener Ability to deescalate uncomfortable situations to ensure guest satisfaction Understand and be able to use and trouble shoot, computers, tablets, email and have a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Must love animals and not be afraid of pets Must be able to stand from sitting, walk, sit and move freely for extended periods of time Find out more about us here:
