The role requires an individual who has exceptional organizational and communication skills, who is comfortable with technology, and who possesses the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily business operations -Manage account openings, transfers, distributions and other transactions -Coordinate with team members to accomplish company objectives -Handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns -Maintain systems for client communications -Manage the company's filing system and information databases -Support senior leadership with administrative tasks as needed -Coordinate with partners on marketing campaigns and strategies -May need to be available to assist with evening seminars 2 to 4 nights per month Skills:
-Expert-level organizational skills -Proficiency with office technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite -Capacity to quickly learn new technology systems and platforms -Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues -Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach -Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience:
-3
