Position Overview We are in need of a Director of Provider Relations and Business Development to join our team! This position will be fulltime! Responsibilities Supports market/hospital leaders and outreach team members to effectively align and achieve goals by establishing and maintaining provider relationships Planning and coordinating strategic service line and outreach efforts Develops quarterly strategic targeting objectives in alignment with market strategies and initiatives Supports market/facility leadership in the strategic planning process to provide insight on provider preferences and service line growth opportunities through appropriate data sources Develop a collaborative relationship with the Regional Director of Provider Relations to maintain structure and integrity fo the program, DPO efforts, growth strategies, service line development, sharing of established best practices, appropriate review and use of available data and execution on growth initiatives Ensures timely documentation for provider calls and Issue Resolution Management Supports monthly and quarterly face-to-face growth meetings with PPS leadership, ACO team members, and surgical service line leaders to ensure a thorough understanding of the current state of providers' engagement, evaluation of and suggested improvement to facilities, and continued opportunities to enhance quality focus Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, and/or Healthcare related field from an accredited college or university Master's Degree in Business and/or Healthcare Administration preferred Minimum of three (3) years of Healthcare experience Travel is expected, 40-50% What We Offer Competitive Pay

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
