Answer phones / Set appointments Scanning in documentation into our CRM Updating customer files Updating Excel Spread Sheets Organizing both digital and paper customer files Data Entry Mandatory Skills Customer Service- Excellent phone skills are most important in this position.
Being engaging, pleasant, and well informed on phone calls is very important.
Computer- Operating on a Mac IOS computer using Mac Mail & Calendar.
Microsoft Word and Excel along with becoming familiar with our CRM.
Familiarity with Google and apple products.
Written Communication- Able to type and spell clearly and efficiently.
Organization- Must be organized and have the ability to change task directions seamlessly.
Detail Oriented- Must be detail oriented and work efficiently on your own without constant supervisor.
Other Requirements Reliable transportation A positive and supportive attitude We rely heavily on technology for our daily operations.
This position will be a 40 hour/week position.
You are required to be here from Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5PM.
