Marketing Generalist

,The #1 Sports Construction company in North America, is seeking a full-time experiencedMarketing Generalistto handle marketing campaigns for a Specialty Sports Construction Company Solutions Based Provider.
This will include Product Branding, Creative, Communications Campaigns and Press Releases.
This position will provide support for the Marketing and Sales Support Department for Hellas Construction, a national sports construction firm serving K-12, collegiate, and professional sports teams.
Duties and Responsibilities Functions include, but not limited to; Managing a demanding and widely fluctuating workload in high-volume, deadline-driven corporate environment through resource assignment and project coordination, as well as the daily activity of incoming projects in an area of specialization.
Email Campaigns:
Identifies target audience and grows email list.
Designs and implements direct email marketing campaigns.
Upgrades email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
Assists in the creation of assets for any marketing and/or creative project undertaken by the department or digital team.
Acts as the liaison for all NFL partnership collateral to ensure contractual agreements and trademark branding(s) are being followed and approves all requests and designs prior to distribution.
Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience.
Social Media Marketing:
Responsible for curating Hellas social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitors, moderates, and responds to audience comments.
Posts and may create shareable videos and images.
Plan PR and social media opportunities surrounding trade shows.
Lead Generation:
Follows up, tracks and scores effectiveness of outreach.
Increasing awareness via email campaigns around stories.
Ensures the execution of marketing materials, presentation, and signage, requests.
Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent required.
Five plus (5+) years marketing, and design experience, preferably at a startup or fast-growth company.
Previous Agency background highly desired.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal history background check and/or fingerprinting.
Construction experience desired but not required.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.
g.
, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience in Adobe design software Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to learn other functional software which may include Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, Fiery, Font Xplorer Pro, Photo stream, chrome.
Ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication skills - verbal and written.
Detail oriented - highly critical.
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
