We need one very reliable and trust worthy employee to clean one medium sized office building.
This position has the opportunity to grow.
After a trial period, the position will expand to include more locations and can expand to a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary - Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred but not required - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time - Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Note:
