Provide outstanding customer service, making each customer feel understood and valued.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting relevant products and services, including add-ons like screen protectors and home protection plans.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered, including technical aspects, to provide accurate information to customers.
Keep a well-organized and professional store environment, ensuring all products and displays are presented attractively.
Utilize our point of sale system effectively to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
Be an active team member, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Basic
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
A natural talent for engaging and talking to people, with a knack for sales.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High integrity, honesty, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
