Join our Summer Camp Team as a Program Specialist for Gelly Ball or Archery at Camp Twin Lakes! Program Specialists provide experiential activities and facilitate a powerful learning opportunity for participants of all ages during Summer Day Camp.
Essential Functions:
Safely facilitate Target Sports activities Inspect climbing equipment and hardware daily Document equipment usage reporting any issues to supervisor Exhibit teamwork and good communication with Camp Staff Provide active supervision of a group of children during a specialty class/program Ability to relate well to children, to communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, other staff, and Y leadership
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Previous Ropes Course/Rock Climbing/Target Sports experience preferred but not required Ability and willingness to work outside in the Texas summer heat Able to pass a background check and drug test Pay Rate:
$15.
