Rural Capital Child Care Services Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for paying providers of the Workforce Solutions system and other special projects as assigned within program and per corporate requirements.
Primary duty consists of performing accountingoffice or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations.
Duties:
As a Rural Capital Child Care Services Accounts Payable Specialist, to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reviews invoices and check requests.

Processes invoices for payment.

Reconciles payments.
5.
Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
6.
Resolves invoice and payment discrepancies.
7.
Corresponds with, and responds to inquiries from, vendors, child care providers and parents.
8.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
