This company has a track record of offering professional growth opportunities. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will assist with the recruiting strategies to support the Managing Partner/CEO to attract top talent. The ideal candidate can give support to C-level executive that has taken ownership over recruiting for the organization. This person will be the first impression of our client in terms of the recruiting and branding efforts of the company. This is not a traditional recruiting role but rather an opportunity for someone to cultivate a culture and brand through marketing, online presence, and becoming an industry leader.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities, manage and drive results in alignment with the standard metrics and service level agreements, and continuously focus on the elevation of the organization. This role will ensure recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes that are aligned with the company's talent strategy and future talent needs. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following:
Staff Planning
Creating Roles and Job Descriptions
Staying on top of current Market Trends in Austin to attract top talent
Talent/Industry Branding
Targeting Candidate Audiences
Online presence
Attend Conferences
Create user groups
Campus Recruiting
Tools & Technology
Talent Acquisition Systems
Sourcing candidates
Tracking and Submitting candidates
Assist with the Hiring & Onboarding
Defining Metrics and Conducting Analysis
Keep track of Job Boards and LinkedIn memberships
Creating an Organizational Recruiting Culture
Implementing an Employee Referral Program
Creating a Culture Committee Program
Candidate Relationship Management and Recruiting
Assist with sourcing/ recruiting
Assist with the candidate selection
Initial Screening process
Conduct assessment testing
Interviewing logistics
Evaluation and Selection
Conduct Background checks
Assist with the Onboarding Process
Vendor Management
Manage agency relationships
Review and maintain Contracts
